We offer custom design services for your team. Just email or fax in a drawing or picture of your custom leotard and we will provide a quote for design/patterning fees and a price for the leotard. Custom design fees start as little as $15.

- What methods of payment do you accept?
Gym Digs accepts all Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards through our secure server and via fax, phone, e-mail and US postal mail.
Gym Digs accepts PayPal. Send payments electronically to sales@gymdigs.com.
We also accept checks and money orders. Make your check or money order payable to Gym Digs and mail to: Gym Digs, PO Box 1862, Marshalltown, IA 50158
- How do I know what size to order?
Please refer to our size chart. A link is at the right side of this page to show you sizing and how to measure.
- When will I receive my order?
We ship all in-stock items within 2 business days of your order.
Custom made individual items are shipped in 3 to 7 days.
Email sales@gymdigs.com with information about your group order and we will provide you with a lead time. Group orders typically take 2 - 4 weeks depending on the quantity of items in the order.
- How much are shipping charges?
We ship orders via USPS. Your shipping charges will be calculated during check out. You will see the charges before you complete the order. If you need alternate shipping arrangements made, please contact shipping@gymdigs.com
- What if I have a problem with my order?
We will credit or replace any item within 30 days as long as the tags are still intact. We will also credit or replace any item that shows workmanship defects within 10 days. There is no restocking fee. If you need to talk with a sales representative, please e-mail customer_service@gymdigs.com.
- How do I care for my new products?
Please read the care tags carefully and follow the directions. We recommend washing most gymnastic leotards by hand with a mild detergent and hanging to dry.
- I need to place a large order for my team; do you have special group pricing?
We offer a generous discount on orders totaling more than $500. Enter the corresponding coupon code when checking out on the website: group500 - for orders between $500 and $749, group750 - for orders between $750 and $999, group1000 - for orders of $1000 and more.
Please note, group orders take approximately 2 to 4 weeks to process. Please contact sales@gymdigs.com for a more precise lead time on your order.
- Do you ship internationally?
GymDigs.com gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. When you place an order at our web store, postage will say, "Calculated at Ship Time". Before we process your order, we will calculate the shipping charges and notify you by email the total amount for the order. We will not process your order until we get confirmation from you saying the shipping charges are acceptable. Typically, we ship via USPS International Priority Mail or by UPS International. International shipping charges range between $8 and $20 for one leotard with delivery times between 1 to 2 weeks.
